Spring pop-up: what we learned
Short recap from our latest in-person event—inventory, staffing, and the small details that made a big difference.
Pop-up retail is equal parts logistics and theater. For our spring event we prioritized a tight SKU mix, clear signage, and a checkout flow that could handle short bursts of traffic.
We learned that staffing overlaps matter: a dedicated greeter reduced confusion at the entrance, while a second register during peak hours prevented abandonment.
Inventory takeaway
Carrying fewer variants in deeper quantities simplified replenishment and made the booth easier to shop. We will repeat that approach for the next regional event.
