Choosing the right fabric for team uniforms

Durability, comfort, and print compatibility are the core criteria we use every day when recommending materials for groups, especially when uniforms need to survive frequent wear, repeated washing, and mixed decoration methods.

Uniform programs fail when fabric choice ignores how the garment will be worn and decorated. We evaluate stretch recovery, breathability, and how fibers accept screen print, embroidery, or heat-applied graphics.

For outdoor-heavy roles, we often recommend blends that wick moisture while still holding shape after repeated industrial laundering.

Questions to ask your vendor

  1. What is the expected wash cycle and temperature?
  2. Will the same fabric be available for reorders next season?
  3. Have samples been tested with your chosen decoration method?
